I was blessed to know your face before you were on TV or the radio. I've never been disappointed. And I cannot vision Denise as a blonde either. 😊 Life changes all of us over time, some drastically, some improved. It's all in God's design.
I can relate. Over the years there were times when I would talk to someone on the phone man times before meeting them. People assumed I was taller than 5'8" and younger. Many thought I was from the Carolinas or Texas because they're aren't familiar with our Delmarva accent.
When I first started calling on customers outside of the area I was a bit self conscious about my accent, which I can lose if I choose to. After a while I got over it and just tried to make sure I pronounced words correctly such as water not wooter.
I remember doing business with one ladyy over the phone for years. On the phone she was 5'7" with brown hair and average weight. When I met her she was barely over 5' tall, red hair and very heavy. Funny!
