Motto
Today I am answering another question: What would you consider your motto?
As usual, several things popped into my head..and I find it hard to choose just one.
The first motto I thought of is actually one of my favorite scriptures and one I try to live by. It’s Micah 6:8 which says “He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, and to love kindness and mercy, and to humble yourself and walk humbly with your God?”
The second one is “Don’t sweat the small stuff. And it’s all small stuff.” Somebody gave me a small book with that title, and it is a fantastic attitude.
The third one is “Is this the hill to die on?” I don’t remember where I first heard that, but it’s also good advice and I share it often with people who are about to step over a ledge for something that doesn’t really matter.
Do you have a motto?

I have a few:
No news is good news, bad news travels fast.
If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.
Do good and forget about it.
One my Mom lived, “take time to make memories.” The older I get the more I try, which I had tried harder sooner. The other one is “be a blessing.”
