Monday randomness.
I seem to get more comments about my random ramblings than anything else, and honestly I enjoy writing them, so here goes my brain dump for a Monday morning.
First is a true story. Several years ago I dreamed I was a conjoined twin. I am not making this up. I was the guy on your right, our left.
My brother and I were on stage singing at what appeared to be a senior citizens home. And we were singing, “Put Your Head on my Shoulder.”
I woke up laughing. My brain is random even when I am sleeping, apparently.
Here’s something that I think we all know, but don’t always do: If you make a mistake, own it. Admit it. Apologize. Fix it. Move on. Don’t do it again. I have found most people are generous to forgive.
I really like sushi, but I love wasabi. Sometimes I wonder if I eat the sushi so I can eat wasabi. I also love Old Bay. But I eat crabs for the crabs. The Old Bay is just a bonus.
Something I was wondering the other day. What if you had a house in Pacific Palisades and you lost it during the wildfires, and you had been dropped by your insurance company…like many were. How do you recover from that? Before you can rebuild, you have to pay off the first house that no longer exists, while you are paying exorbitant rent, plus the cost of cleaning up your lot. That is so sad.
We have a Golden Retriever named Millie. She likes to eat. I noticed that a bag of Old Mother Hubbard Crunchy Classic Natural Original Dog Biscuits at Concord Pet is $79.99.
Who can afford that? That’s like $559.93 dog dollars.
Have a great week.

Oh so good.! Randoms , thank you!
Dog dollars. 🤣🤣🤣
